MRI and CT Imaging Center in Utah The neurologists at WNA are the elite among the neurologists of Utah. To augment accurate, timely and complete
diagnoses, WNA established the first free-standing CT and MRI Imaging Center of Utah in 1975 and 1988 to diagnose
and treat all types of neurological disorders. WNA’s Neurology Center combined with its Imaging Center provides
immediate accessibility to patients with studies performed with state-of-the-art MRI and CT equipment. Neurology Experts WNA is truly unique as a free-standing, full-service neurological consultation, diagnosis and treatment facility. The neurologists in WNA’s neurology center are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of headaches, seizure disorders, Parkinsonism, lumbar and cervical spine disorders, dementia, strokes, various muscle disorders, multiple sclerosis and many other neurological conditions. In 1999 WNA established its free-standing Multiple Sclerosis Center of Utah dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment and management of multiple sclerosis (MS). The Multiple Sclerosis Center is staffed by a neurologist, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are highly trained in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis. In addition to the CT and MRI Imaging Center of Utah, WNA provides other diagnostic services including Electroencephalography (EEG), both routine and 24-hour monitoring, Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) as well as lumbar puncture with spinal fluid analysis by our neurology experts. |
